"Today another tragedy in the news,
Senseless violence from people with nothing to lose.
Never once thinking about the destruction and pain,
Instead only focused on placing the blame.
It's time for the nation to rise above,
Learn from the past and spread laughter and love.
Believe in the good and fight for each other,
Make this world safe for our sisters and brothers."

- Adrienne M. Herbst

A pair of messenger spirits has been sent with an urgent message passing through the Septs of the Region. “I need help. He’s gone mad with power. If he uses the fetish, it will doom us all.” When asked who has sent them, the spirits each answer in turn “Kaneonuskatew” and “Wapasha”.

Despite the many records that have been lost, these names are shown to be of lost heroes of the Wendigo and Uktena tribes, who were last heard of near the Granite silver mine in Montana.

Worry about this dire warning has sent out a call from the Sanctum of Gaia and the Concordant of Stars. If there is a dangerous fetish, it needs to be secured or destroyed before the forces of the Wyrm can recover it. There is even rumor that the Great Cearn at Caribou Rivers is very interested in the recovery of knowledge of the lost hero of the Wendigo, and is promising a great reward for those who can bring information back.

Scouting reports from the Corax report that the Granite silver mine has been surrounded by a deadly umbral storm since before the Stormeater had started the last push on the world Cearns, but there seems to be a break in the landscape. They don't know what will be found there, but they think there will only be one shot at this.

Can a victory be won for Gaia, or will the sins of our fore-bearers haunt until the end of days?

Venue Synopsis/Setting

Basic Description: Granite City Silver Mine State Park Montana

Plot Hook: A pair of messenger spirits has been sent with an urgent message passing through the septs of the Region.

Scouting reports from the Corax report that the Granite silver mine has been surrounded by a deadly umbral storm since the Stormeater had started the last push on the world Cearns, but there seems to be a break in the landscape. They advise that they don’t know what will be found there, but that they think there will only be one shot at this.

Expectations: There are fears of a great Wyrm beast in the area, and this is in the middle of silver territory. Who was this creature being protected from? What is the creature even. Those who want to win the Apocalypse will have to think around their problem, as the direct course may well be a trap…
