Primary Hotel Wait List for NCRE 2017

Hi there Members!

Just wanted to touch base with you all today about our Hotel Room Blocks. As you all know the main block at our host site filed up quickly twice, so we got an overflow block and a wait list set up for you. Come visit our Hotel Page on our site to learn more about each of these beautiful hotels.

Now if you find that you will not be able to attend NCRE for what ever reason and need to release your hotel reservation, please contact me directly ASAP so that I can transfer it to someone on the wait list. If you cancel with the hotel we loose the ability to have someone who wants to attend do so because the hotel removes those room nights from our block. ((Yes, I know that is stupid but what can I do?))

We do have an overflow room-block at a Secondary Hotel (Marriott DIA). Book a room here and when a room becomes available at the Primary Hotel, we will be able to move you over without issue.

Note: We will not automatically move you over to the Primary Hotel from our Secondary Hotel without informing you. We also will not do this 72 hours prior to the convention without your approval in case of cancellation fees. So pay attention to your email if you are still waiting for a hotel room at the Crowne Plaza.

If you are looking for a room share situation fill out in whichever sheet you fit on THIS FORM (roommates needed, room space needed) and list your name, contact info, and any restrictions you have. This will allow everyoneo work out among themselves any room sharing needs. IMPORTANT: Once you have your arrangements made, please remove your information. This prevents out of date information causing confusion.
