Where are you staying in Denver for NCRE.....

As many of you are aware our event property room block has been sold out for some time now.

We at NCRE have thought ahead and set up an Overflow Hotel room block at a nearby property that will provide free shuttle service for our guests to the event hotel. Additionally our event hotel provides 24 hour shuttle service, so getting back to your room after Socializing: the Venue ends each night won’t be a problem for you.

I know that everyone would love to stay at the event site and for that we have two options for you, a member managed room share spreadsheet and an Event Lead managed hotel waitlist.

We also understand that real life happens, so if you find that you are unable to come to NCRE for any reason but have a room reserved for in the event hotel, we kindly ask that you either transfer the reservation to a friend or member that will be attending or please contact the Event Lead so she can process the transfer to a member on the wait list – if this is not done due to hotel policy those room nights will not be returned to our room block availability but to open reservations. This sadly hurts our convention so please do not just cancel your reservation.

The cut-off dates to guarantee our event rates for the conventions are as follows:

• Crown Plaza DIA (Event Hotel) – May 3

• Marriott at Gateway Park (Overflow Hotel) – May 10

Please be mindful of those dates when booking or canceling your reservations.

I would also like to mention that during the weekend of our event there is also a large Soccer Tournament, so if you are considering alternative accommodations for this event outside of the hotel blocks that we have set up, space for nearby properties is going fast. However I have seen room nights as low as $109 a night at the EconoLodge that shares a parking lot with the convention center that we are utilizing for the event to as high as $289 a night for other nearby hotels.
