We Need You....to Volunteer at NCRE 2017

Everyone knows this organization relies upon it force of willing and able volunteers to make it a success, and NCRE like all conventions is no different.

So if you are attending NCRE this May in Denver…..

We Need You!

To take a few hours out of you time that weekend to volunteer to make this convention fun and successful event for everyone.

Now not only will you be helping us put on an amazing event for everyone’s enjoyment we will be rewarding you as well with Regional Prestige (5R/1hour) and VIP Points (2pts/4hours).

Now for those of you in the know – the VIP Caps at 10 points per event which works out to 20 hours of volunteering, which equals 100R which happens to be the max you can earn for onsite support….someone put their thinking cap on for that math, but you should be putting on your thinking cap now to decide how you will be giving back to the MES by volunteering at NCRE next month.

We are looking for willing and able volunteers in all sections including:

Registration

Charity

Security

Photo Team

Game Set up and Break down

ST Support is also still looking for assistance with the following venues:

Apocalypse – 3+ Narrators and 4 NPC (any Gender)

Cam/Anarch - 3+ Narrators and 4 NPC (1 Male, 1 Female 2 any Gender) for Thurs and Sat

While we know that we will be able to tap many of your on site for volunteering – we would like to give you the chance to let us know where and when you would like to assist the convention.
