NCRE 2017 Hotel Rules and Character Policies

With NCRE just under 1 week away I thought it would be a good time to remind everyone that is attending that like all conventions we have a few rules and policies in place.

It goes without saying that the Members Handbook and Code of Conduct will be in effect at all times – and just because you take you badge off that does not give you license to break these rules.

We also have two convention specific policies that are in effect at this event; the Props Weapons Policy and the Marijuana Policy (off eating Twinkies). If you are planning to bring a prop or try the local “greenery” while in the Mile High City, please be sure to review these policies.

Our beautiful hotel also has a few rules for us to follow as well; in addition to the standard no special friends time in the champagne room, the hot tub, or the stairwells; they also have a few other house rules they need us to follow that can be found here.

Finally our Amazing Storytelling Staff ™ would like to remind you that they require you bring TWO copies of each character sheet you are checking in to this event and an experience log for each pc. In addition if your PC has any custom mechanics, items with special mechanics or you have odd powers; I’m looking at your nWoD folks, please be sure to bring a copy of those rules/mechanics for that item/power along with the book name and pg number for it.
